Administration
Our college, being a private aided institution, functions under the overall supervision of the Governing Body’s Managing Committee of Vidya Prasarak Mandal (VPM), which occupies the apex position in the organisational structure of the college.
Under the able guidance and continuous support of the VPM Managing Committee, the Principal heads the administration, academic activities, and library services of the college. The college has a full-time approved Principal, Dr. Srividhya Jayakumar, who provides academic leadership and administrative direction to ensure the smooth functioning and holistic development of the institution.
The college has a team of seven full-time approved aided faculty members, namely:

- Ms. Chandani Ghogare – Assistant Professor
- Dr. Rupali Jamode – Assistant Professor

In addition, the college is supported by two full-time unaided faculty members,

The academic framework is further strengthened by a dedicated panel of Visiting Faculty, who contribute their expertise across various subjects.
In the academic hierarchy, the Principal is supported by senior faculty members, followed by other teaching staff. Teachers play an active role in mentoring students and supporting co-curricular and administrative activities. In compliance with the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016, student participation in institutional activities is encouraged through volunteers who assist in academic and administrative initiatives.
In matters of administration, the Office Superintendent functions under the Principal and is responsible for overseeing the office administration. The Office Superintendent is assisted by the Head Clerk, Senior Clerk, and Junior Clerk, functioning hierarchically. The Class IV staff, including peons and sweepers, form the supporting workforce at the operational level.
The Librarian heads the library services and is assisted by library assistants and Class IV staff. The Librarian reports directly to the Principal and plays a vital role in supporting teaching, learning, and research activities.
For effective internal functioning, coordination, decision-making, and monitoring, various statutory and non-statutory committees constituted by the management and the college play a crucial role in achieving institutional objectives and ensuring quality governance.
